It seems in the past Shogo has been asked by Kasei Bitch to ‘spend’ his brain for Sibyl.
Makishima spends some time with Kaisei Bitch and something happens that the plane crashes with them inside.
The new ED starts on Kogami’s emptied room.
Then the usual Akane happens, and after a whileKogami appears sitting on a sofa.
On the table there is coffee.
The angle changes, and the camera draws in on Kogami, and the face of Makishima is to his right.
Kogami senses the presence, turns around, but no one is there. (The coffee spills over.)

Kasei is a cyborg that keeps swapping brains using the Criminally Asymptomatic. She is currently using Toma’s brain, hence “Shogo-kun.”
It says Toma wants Shogo on the same side but Shogo destroys Toma and Kasei and the plane crashes.
Another spoiler (as there seems to be two spoilers mixing up?) says Shogo escapes but it isn’t confirmed.

Makishima quotes Gulliver’s travels -
[something about Dr. Swift was stuck in half a brain for the harmony of two politicians] - Gulliver’s Travels Morality and Ethics
Brains are connected by wires.
If I get this right Kogami remarks that Destroy Decompser destroys without leaving any traces.

It’s as everyone suspected,

Sibyl is a system that contains human brains.

Those Sibyl cannot judge such as criminally asymptomatic people, their brains will be used as a part of the system.

The director’s body, except her brain, is a cybernetic organism whose brain can be replaced by Sybil ones.

On the plane, Shougo meets the director with Touma’s brain (Sasayama’s specimen case).

She (or he in this case) persuades Shougo to become one with Sibyl system.

Shougo refuses and destroys the director (including the brain) and might manage to escape somehow.

The first division (aka Ginosa and Akane team) is in search of Kagari’s whereabout but they found the broken dominator in town instead.

One of the members of the second division also disappears.

There is a call from Shougo to Shinya’s device.

Probably the video that Choe recorded before his death.
The rest of the Japanese spoilers is just speculation.

Всё заснял, сохранил и Макишиме передал. Он своё дело сделал. А Макишима тем временем, уже успел раздобыть телефончик Когами. Оперативно они) В общем, ясно к чему всё идёт. >

Ну так может пока взламывал всё это дело заодно и над связью поработал) Этот человек взломал вход к сердцу системы. Думаю связь для него не проблема.

Там же говорилось, что связью можно пользоваться только внутри самой башни, т.е. ни с кем снаружи связаться невозможно. А Макишима торчал в башне, как и Чхве, так и передалось.
